How do I comment on and collaborate on a moodboard?
Open Comments in Canvas to leave feedback on a moodboard. To collect client comments, select Share to web, enable Public link, and choose Copy link; clients need no account.
Comments keep feedback attached to the work. On a moodboard, your team and your client can react to specific references right where they sit.
Leave a comment
- Open Comments. In the moodboard, open the
Commentspanel from the toolbar. - Leave a note. Click an image or a spot on the canvas and type your comment.
- Reply and resolve. Reply to a comment to keep the thread together, and resolve it once it is handled.
Collaborate with your team and clients
Teammates with access to the design can comment and reply in Canvas. For a client, select Share to web from the moodboard’s tab menu. In the dialog, enable Public link, then select Copy link and send it to the client. The public share allows comments without a separate comments toggle, and the client’s comments appear on the same moodboard. The link exposes only the shared item. To stop public access, reopen the sharing dialog and disable Public link.
