How much do Visualist plans cost?

The Free plan costs US$0 and includes 100 credits a month. The Core plan starts at US$30 a month with 1,000 credits. The Growth plan starts at US$199 a month with 3,000 credits. With annual billing, starting prices are US$22.50 and US$149.25 a month respectively, charged for the full year. Paid-plan trials include 250 credits for 7 days; the full allowance starts when you pay. Additional active Hubs and credit top-ups cost extra.

Which plan should I choose?

The Free plan is for making and keeping your own work with Vai. The Core plan adds connected client and project management. The Growth plan adds websites, content creation and publication, and apps for how your business works.

Does every plan include Vai?

Yes. Vai learns your taste and how you work on every plan. The plan determines which parts of your business Vai can work with, and your credit allowance determines how much requested AI work you can do.

Can I try a paid plan before I pay?

The Core and Growth plans each have a 7-day trial with 250 credits. You get 1 paid-plan trial per account. When you start paying, you receive your plan's full monthly allowance. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card.

What counts as an active Hub?

A Hub is a space for one client project, with its work, people, messages, and action items. The Core plan includes 1 active Hub, and the Growth plan includes 6. Each additional active Hub costs US$12 a month. Archived Hubs don't count toward your active allowance. Clients and collaborators can join a Hub for free.

What uses AI credits?

Work you ask Vai to do, image tools, and Concierge conversations use credits. The amount varies with the task. Background Vai and reading your own work use no credits. Your monthly allowance expires at the end of the billing month.

Can I add credits without changing plans?

Yes. Top-ups cost US$15 per 1,000 credits on every plan and last 1 year. Credits that expire soonest are used first. If you regularly need more, compare the next credit option on your plan with top-ups.

Why might frequent AI use suit the Growth plan?

Frequent AI use can make the Growth plan a useful next step: it combines a larger allowance with websites, content publication, and custom apps. You can also stay on the Core plan and add credits. The calculator recommends a starting point; you can compare another plan before choosing.

Can I invoice clients on the Free plan?

Yes. Invoices, payment plans, and the client payment page are included on every plan. The Core and Growth plans also connect invoices to your client and project records.

What do client payments cost?

Visualist's fee on card payments is 0.7% on the Free and Core plans, and 0.2% on the Growth plan. For bank payments, where available, it's 0.3% on the Free and Core plans, and 0.15% on the Growth plan. Stripe's processing fee is additional. You see the fees before sending an invoice and the deductions on each payout.

How are longer billing periods charged?

Your membership is charged for the full term you choose. Annual and quarterly prices shown per month are monthly equivalents. Additional active Hubs are billed separately each month. Credits in your plan are allocated monthly, whichever billing period you choose.

Can I change plans or add my team?

You can change plans later. A switch from annual to monthly takes effect when the annual term ends. If you cancel, you keep access through the term you've paid for. Clients and collaborators can already join Hubs for free; separate team accounts are coming soon.
