How do I create and share a form with Vai?

Vai creates a form as a saved artifact inside a Hub. The form opens beside your chat, where you can change its fields, preview the result, share the current version, and return to every submission.

Create a form with Vai

1. Open the Hub in Vai. Open the Hub that should contain the form, then open Vai and select Chat.
2. Ask Vai for the form. Describe the form, who will answer it, and the information you need to collect. For example, ask for a client intake form with contact details, project goals, and a preferred start date.
3. Edit and preview it. The form opens beside your chat. Change the title, description, fields, choices, or submit-button label, then select Preview to test it. Return to Edit and select Save changes when the form is ready.
4. Share the form. Select Share, turn on Public link, then select Copy link. Anyone who receives that link can open the latest shared version.
5. Review submissions. Open Forms in the Hub, open the form, then select View responses. Visualist lists each response with its answers and submission time.

Return to the form

Vai adds an artifact card to the conversation when it creates the form. Select Open on the card to return to the saved form. The browser URL also identifies the open artifact, so the same form can reopen with its Hub and conversation context.

Choose between a generated form and Concierge
