Can more than one person edit the same note at once? Yes. Authenticated users with edit permission can work in the same note at the same time, and the note stays in sync as each person edits. You do not need to refresh or split the work into duplicate notes. Notes
How do I comment on a design in Canvas? Open a design in Canvas, select `Comments`, then place and post your comment. The browser URL follows the open panel, thread, and reply, so someone with access can reopen the same feedback. Canvas

How do I assign a comment to someone? Open a comment's controls, choose `Mark for action`, then use `Assigned to` to choose who should handle it. Select `Mark as done` when the work is complete. Hubs and projects
How do I pin a comment? A comment lives in the Comments side sheet. To place it at an exact spot on a design or file, open the comment's menu and choose Pin as comment.
