Edit the same note together
- Open the same note. Open the note with another authenticated user who has edit permission.
- Edit together. Keep working in that same note while each person types. The note stays in sync as changes are made, so you do not need to refresh the page.
- Keep one shared version. Leave the work in that note instead of making duplicate copies. This keeps the edits and final version in one place.
When to use one shared note
Use one shared note when you are collecting meeting notes together, building a brief, or tightening feedback in real time. Keeping everything in one note is the clearest way to avoid duplicate versions.
