How do I create a note? In Notes, select New note and start writing a brief, meeting note, or feedback. Visualist saves it automatically in your searchable, sortable Notes list.
Can more than one person edit the same note at once? Yes. Authenticated people with edit permission can work in the same note at once, and their edits stay in sync without a refresh or duplicate note.
How do I export a note to PDF? Open the menu on a note and choose Download to save it as a PDF. The PDF follows your page setup, so the size, orientation, and margins you chose in the note carry through to the file.
How do I format a note? Use a note's toolbar to format text, add links, tables, video, and images. Page setup lets you choose the page size, orientation, and margins.
How do I organize my notes? The Notes list shows standalone Notes and Notes stored in folders or Hubs. Search their contents, sort the list, or move a Note when you want it to live with a project.
