How do I review activity in a Hub?

Each Hub overview has a Latest activity card with five recent updates. Use it to catch up on files, creative work, conversations, action items, and membership changes.

Review activity

1. Open the Hub. Open the Hub you want to review.
2. Review the newest activity. Find Latest activity on the Hub overview and read the five newest updates.
3. Open the longer list. Select See all, then use Load more to review older activity.

The activity view includes:

• uploaded files
• created or updated designs
• created or updated palettes
• new comments
• created, updated, or completed action items
• files synced from Google Drive
• received emails
• members joining or leaving the Hub

When an entry has a chevron, select it to open the related folder, design, file, or action item.

When an entry is unavailable

An item moved to the bin shows Moved to bin and cannot be opened from the activity view. Activity stays visible in an archived Hub. Entries no longer open, and Create a folder is disabled.

Hub permissions continue to control who can open the Hub and which project items they can reach.

Loading, empty, and error states

A loading indicator appears while the card or longer list loads. If the overview has no activity, it shows Nothing going on here yet. and offers Create a folder. The longer list shows No activity yet.

If Visualist cannot load either view, select Try again.
