You make things happen. Big challenge? Messy data? No problem. You roll up your sleeves, dive in, and figure it out. You’re not one to wait around—you love moving the needle.
You love connecting the dots. Finding patterns in a sea of information is your superpower. You can spot opportunities and make sense of the chaos.
You’re a natural storyteller. Whether you’re presenting data or crafting a narrative, you know how to turn insights into something that clicks with people.
You’re comfortable with ambiguity (and a blank page). A rough idea? A “What if we…?” You take it as a chance to create something impactful from scratch.
You bring structure to the chaos. Vague task? Unclear scope? You break it down, prioritize, and move forward with clarity.
You care about the details. It’s not just about getting things done; it’s about getting them right. Double-checking your work? Always.
You’re excited by big ideas. Industry trends, user behavior, AI-powered tools—you love digging deep and finding what really matters.
You get research. Quantitative, qualitative, surveys, or secondary research—you’re no stranger to digging for answers and making sense of the data.
You know how to keep—or make—things simple. You can take complex insights and make them easy to understand (and maybe even fun to read).
You’re both a team player and an independent thinker. You thrive in collaborative environments but don’t need hand-holding to take charge of your work.
You vibe with our values—RECIPE. Resilience, empathy, camaraderie, integrity, play, and excellence aren’t just buzzwords—they’re how we work and what we celebrate.
