Your first message stays visible while Vai responds, and each chat link reopens the same thread after a reload.
Send a new request and it appears in the chat before the response starts. Reload the page or return to its link to reopen the same thread.
Hub overviews now show recent uploads, designs, palettes, comments, action items, Google Drive syncs, emails, and member changes.
The Latest activity card lists the five most recent updates. See how to review activity in a Hub, open the longer list with See all, and use Load more for older entries. Items moved to the bin remain labeled. Activity remains visible in archived Hubs, with entries and folder creation disabled.
Open global search with Cmd+K or Ctrl+K, move through results with Arrow, Home, and End, then choose one with Enter.
Use Cmd+K on macOS or Ctrl+K on other platforms to open search. Arrow Up and Arrow Down move between results, while Home and End jump to the first or last result. Press Enter to open the selected result.
Ask Vai for a form, edit the fields, share it by link, and review every response from the same saved artifact.
The form opens beside your Vai conversation, where you can switch between Edit and Preview and save changes. Follow the full steps to create and share a form with Vai, including turning on Public link, copying the current version, and reviewing responses. Publishing to a visualist.pro address belongs to a separate publication flow.
Vai now creates stickies, actions, documents, and images, catches you up on work, and remembers when you allow workspace changes.
Ask Vai to create or update everyday workspace items, or to summarize what changed while you were away. In Vai → Settings, choose Allow all actions or Do not send without approval to set how Vai handles future approvals. The current release covers built-in workflows; user-created Skills still show Coming soon.
Visualist now saves Vai-generated and Vai-edited images in the Library, so you can find them later and identify their AI provenance with `Generated by`.
Opening a design from a Vai response now docks Vai beside Canvas while preserving the Hub or thread you were using.
Move from Vai’s answer into the design and keep the conversation that produced it in view. This handoff applies to design links opened from Vai responses. Visualist leaves ordinary document-link behavior unchanged.
Create and view folders, images, designs, palettes, and notes at the Hub root, so project work can start without opening a folder.
Create new work from the top level of a Hub or inside a folder. Hub permissions and archive status still apply wherever you create it. Moving an existing item back to the Hub root is unavailable.
DOM Canvas now supports one-finger Move panning, two-finger midpoint panning and pinch zoom, plus twist rotation for one editable selected object.
Use one finger to pan while Move is active. With two fingers, drag from the midpoint to pan, pinch to zoom, or twist to rotate when exactly one editable object is selected. The browser URL now preserves the open Comments panel, thread, and reply so collaborators can return to the same feedback.
Copy the URL from your browser while the feedback is open and share it with someone who has access. Browser Back and Forward also reopen the Comments panel, thread, and reply from each URL in your history. For the full workflow, see How do I comment on a design in Canvas?.
The more you share in About Me, the more Vai can tailor its assistance and recommendations to your work.
Open Vai, then About Me, to review and refine Voice & tone, Systems, Your Set, Signature, and Values & goals. Every plan can review the profile and answer Sharpen it questions; some editable fields require Core or Growth.
The profile combines the details you add with patterns Vai learns from the text, palettes, and designs in your work. Select Update scores to refresh how Vai understands you. For the full workflow, see How do I teach Vai about me?.
Work through themed packs to learn Visualist, reveal each poster, and earn bonus AI credits along the way.
Open Power-ups from the left rail and choose a pack. Complete each available action, then select the finished poster piece to reveal it. Each pack introduces a different part of Visualist. For the full walkthrough, see How do I use Power-ups?.
Open a Hub design’s Canvas tab menu to invite a client or collaborator without leaving the file.
Select Invite from the Canvas tab menu. The shortcut opens Invite others to this file for the current design.
Usage now combines the current plan cycle with remaining top-ups, keeping the progress bar and low-balance state accurate.
The usage page now calculates used credits from the current plan cycle and includes remaining top-ups in the spendable total. This changes the display only; allowances, top-up prices, and charging policy stay the same. See How do credits work? for the full credit guide.
Concierge now opens from the left rail, with Dashboard and Sessions tabs for creating and reviewing client conversations.

Emails now collects account-level inbox, drafts, scheduled sends, sent mail, archive, and trash in one workspace page.
Open Emails from the left rail to work across connected email accounts without choosing a hub first. Hub Message Centers still keep project-scoped threads with the client work they belong to. See How do I use the Emails page? for the full workflow.
Home now includes the quick-create button for hubs, folders, notes, designs, palettes, and image uploads.
Use the action button from Home when you want to start work before choosing a project surface. The same creation menu gives you one place for common starting points and uploads.
Pin up to five hubs in the left rail, search the rest from one picker, and keep the active hub visible.
Your most-used hubs can now stay directly in the left rail instead of living behind a separate stop. Pin and unpin hubs from the picker, search overflow hubs in the same place, and keep the hub you are already using in view even when it is not pinned. Action items now use due-date tabs, one hub filter, and a `Show closed` switch so you can narrow the list faster.
The page now leads with All, Today, Upcoming, and Overdue, plus sort controls and one In: popover for hub filtering. If you narrow the list to one hub, you stay on the Action items page instead of dropping into that hub’s workspace. For the full workflow, see How do I track action items?.
A round of UI polish fixes jitter, spacing, tooltip behavior, and alt text across core workspace surfaces.
This pass smooths out small but repeated friction across the workspace. Navigation feels more stable, tooltips behave more cleanly, file cards have tighter spacing, and image alt text is clearer where it needed cleanup.
Audio on shared pages renders correctly again, so voice updates play back instead of disappearing.
Shared pages can show audio content correctly again after the rendering fix. If you send a spoken update instead of typing it out, the person opening the page can play it back in place.
Studio has a new name: Canvas replaces Studio across the app.

Live note edits now reach the shared note reliably, so recent changes stop disappearing during collaboration.
Edits now flush from the live note room to the saved note more reliably. Shared notes stay in sync without the last few changes dropping before they reach everyone else.
Invited Hub guests are unlimited, so client and collaborator access no longer depends on a seat cap.
Invite clients and collaborators to a Hub without planning around a guest limit. This applies to invited Hub guests, not paid seats across your workspace.
Comment threads now support video notes, so updates that are easier to show can stay in the same conversation.
Add a video note directly in a comment thread when text would take longer. Teammates and clients can play it back in the same place as the rest of the conversation.
Google Calendar connections now live in settings, with booking availability using that shared connection flow.
Connect or manage Google Calendar from Account settings instead of handling calendar setup only inside booking flows. Booking availability now uses that same connection path.
Saved products are now searchable in your library, so you can find product details faster without manual browsing.

Multiple people can edit the same note at once and stay in sync while they work.
